COVID-19 Update

We recognize that many dental professionals are doing everything they can to care for patients as safely as possible in these unprecedented circumstances. We’re monitoring the situation closely and following the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure that our products remain safe and in adequate supply.

At this time, we have not experienced any production, packaging, supply and shipping disruptions, but we are closely monitoring these processes to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality throughout. Here are a few additional steps we’re taking:

PRODUCT SUPPLY

We anticipate an increase in demand in certain product categories, such as infection control, so our teams are taking steps across the organization to ensure clinicians have access to the products they need, including suspending promotional activity on certain products in an effort to maintain our supply. Our teams are positioned to act quickly if necessary to minimize potential impacts on our customers and business operations.

SHIPPING

At present, our production and distribution facilities will continue to manufacture and ship product as we always have. We ask that you continue to order as usual in an effort to maintain normal order and volume patterns.

QUALITY CONTROL

The vast majority of our products are manufactured in the USA, giving us extensive oversight of our product quality control measures from start to finish. Our teams continue to adhere to the strict quality and safety provisions required by the US Food and Drug Administration, and we are prepared to swiftly implement any new recommendations or guidelines that may emerge as this situation evolves.

Young Innovations is taking steps to reduce risk in our employee and customer base with a range of policies to limit person-to-person interaction whenever possible, including cancelling external visits/meetings and non-essential internal gatherings.
